Martin has extensive management record having assumed 20+ executive management and supervisory mandates in Austria, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan (non executive) incl. as Deputy CEO and CRO of HAA Bank Belgrade (now Addiko Bank) from 2011 till 2015, and prior to that acting as Global Risk Portfolio Manager for Energy, Chemicals and Public Sector for UniCredit Group.
Successful record as entrepreneur: Martin founded, acquired, disposed of and liquidated successfully companies in 5 jurisdictions.
He holds a degree from KIT (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology) in Industrial Engineering and Management (Dipl. Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen).
